A Johnstown Pa Engagement Photography session with Krista and David
This past weekend we had the pleasure of photographing Krista and David for their engagement photography session. We hoped that the weather would be nice that day, because the weather at the end of October can be as cold as December sometimes. It turned out great. The sun was out and the temperature was between 55 and 60 degrees. Perfect for getting some great engagement pictures. Let's learn a little more about Krista and David.
Krista and David met in December 2005 at a work Christmas party when they worked together at ENMACON Service Corporation. They had to make a trip to Sheetz to get lottery tickets together. Krista only worked at ENMACON in the summers because she was still in high school. She was only 16 and he was 21. Krista and David stayed in contact after, but he was really shy! Then, David got a new job in IBEW local Electrical Union in July. They realized they wouldn't get to see each other at work. Their first date wasn't until July 4, 2006 when they went to Krista's cousins house in State College to see the fireworks. Krista graduated high school in 2008, went to Greensburg for college for a year, then came home again to attend UPJ. When she came home from college in Greensburg, they got their little dog Montgomery. In October 2011, after she graduated college and he became a journey man in the union, they bought a house. They dated for seven years before David decided to propose on August 25, 2013 in their kitchen. Krista says it has been a long road but they are excited to start their lives together on July 4, 2015.
We had a great time during Krista and David's engagement photography session. We are so happy that they chose us to be their engagement and wedding photographers!
