Hi everybody and thanks for stopping over at our wedding photography blog page once again. We are looking for kind, fun and easy-going people to photograph who enjoy and appreciate wedding photography as much as we do. As a husband and wife team in wedding photography and still being fairly new to the photography business, we realized that a lot of people visiting our page didn't really know who the photographers were of Glessner Photography let alone know what we look like. We also know that there are a lot of wedding photographers in Johnstown Pa, but not all wedding photographers have the same style or take the same pictures. That's why we wanted to display a portrait of us so that you all can see what we look like, see the kind of work we do and also get to know us a little better. So we decided to pack up some gear and head to the railroad tracks that are just down the road from our house. We tried a few photos standing on the tracks, sitting on the tracks and whatever else we could think of, but no matter what we did, the photos just were not what we wanted. Don't get me wrong, they were nice photos, but they didn't have a lot of impact as far as we were concerned. Then we heard it. The train was coming!! At first I thought "well there goes our photoshoot", because it was getting dark and we didn't have much more time left in the day. Just like wedding photography, not everything goes as planned. As wedding photographers in Johnstown pa, we have to learn to adapt to anything and everything at weddings and the same applies to this picture. Then I realized that this could be a great opportunity for a really unique shot with some real impact! I have to admit that it isn't easy to take portraits of yourself, but I think we did a pretty good job and it got us the photo that we needed to let everyone see who we are instead of just hearing about us. We are Johnstown Pa. wedding photography up and coming husband and wife team.
