Wedding Photography in Nanty Glo Pa With Maria & Zach Nealen

It was a perfect day for a wedding this past Saturday. Sunny skies and warm weather made for some beautiful wedding pictures along with our great looking bride and groom, Maria and Zach. Our day first started out at Zach's house where we got to meet his wonderful family and groomsmen. We then headed over to Maria's house to get some great shots of her family and bridesmaids. They had a beautiful Catholic wedding ceremony and afterwards we headed over to the Schwab Estates for some group shots and also some of just Maria and Zach. Let's not forget the fun ride on the trolly to get there when I (Eric) fell on my butt taking photos of the bridal party! Their night ended at their reception with lots of dancing and laughing. We especially liked the unique humor of the bride and groom during some of the events at the reception! Let's take some time to learn more about Maria & Zach.

Maria Rose Kuzmiak and Zachary Allen Nealen grew up right down the street from each other, from the time that they were toddlers. Maria and Zach went to the same elementary school, middle school, and high school within the Central Cambria School District. Maria and Zach were always friends, becoming best friends in their early years of high school. What was just two people traveling in the same group of friends, led into them dating and becoming a couple on January 2^nd of 2008.

After graduating high school in June of 2009, the couple attended the same college, Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where Maria received a four year Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and Zach received a four year Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology. Throughout their college years, Maria and Zach continued their relationship and got engaged during their senior year of college on September 8^th of 2012 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Zach surprised Maria by proposing to her in their couple’s suite where he thoughtfully planned out a romantic scene of rose petals and her favorite wine. The newly engaged couple became very anxious to begin their wedding plans and their future lives together.

As the couple began planning their wedding, they graduated from college in May of 2013. The couple embarked on a journey of new beginning when Maria became an elementary school teacher and Zach became a construction worker at a large industrial construction company. After countless months of hard work at their jobs, planning their dream wedding, and finding their family home, it was finally time for the couple to begin their new lives together. Maria and Zach were married on July 26^th of 2014 at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Nanty Glo with their reception to follow at Saint John Vianney Catholic Church Hall in Mundys Corner. Maria and Zach were united in marriage while all of their family and friends surrounded them in best wishes for the future.

The couple will begin their life as husband and wife by taking a honeymoon to Ochos Rios in Montego Bay, then returning to settle into their beautiful new home in Richland. Maria and Zach plan to expand their family by getting a precious little puppy and eventually having children of their own.
